Angeline profile collage2Angeline’s long relationship with fitness and her deep knowledges in yoga and human bodies had a great impact on her teaching. Angeline focused more on building core strength, postural alignment, deepening awareness of the body, breathe and to produce optimum ways to reduce backs and hips pain. Her style is more to enlivening and making people feel more active. She believes yoga practices is meant for everyone without an age limits but provided in a safety way.

Graduated in TAFE International Western Australia, 2000, with Certificate III&IV in Health and Fitness Course, achieving the asian best student awards. Having a fitness background of almost 17 years and being a professional personal trainer in well-known clubs in Asia, Angeline had never given up on improving her flexibility. Her first encounter with yoga was during her college days in Australia, she believes it is the most effective way of improving her flexibility, since then, she started a daily yoga practice.

Being tired of her hectic life as a personal trainer cum fitness manager, she took up a yoga teacher training program organized by the largest yoga studio in South East Asia,to further her knowledge. Also, she is a graduate of The Institute Of Indian Yogatherapy, being certified for the application of Ancientt Yogic System for therapeutic purpose as well as for Physical and Mental well being under guidance. Continued education in  Oct 2013- Destination study in Casperia, Italy certified in Vinyasa Yoga from Dristhi Yoga Teacher Training and registered yoga teacher at Yoga Alliance.

Understanding the human body has always been her main interest. To satisfy her curiosity in human anatomy and physiology,she attended a sport massage course in UK and was well-trained as a therapeutic massage therapist for sport injuries.Since then,she continues to study various treatment for sport injuries including the Chinese traditional ways.

INTEGRATED AYURVEDIC MEDICINE YOGA TREATMENT FOR DIGESTION 

Ayurveda also names three elemental substances, the doshas (called Vata, Pitta and Kapha), and states that a balance of the doshas results in health, while imbalance results in disease. One Ayurvedic view is that the doshas are balanced when they are equal to each other, while another view is that each human possesses a unique combination of the doshas which define this person’s temperament and characteristics. In either case, it says that each person should modulate their behavior or environment to increase or decrease the doshas and maintain their natural state.

Ancient Ayurvedic treatises also taught surgical techniques, including rhinoplasty, perineal lithotomy, the suturing of wounds, and the extraction of foreign objects.

In today’s world of technology, where all of us are hooked to one gadget or the other, symptomatic pains like neck, back and knee pain are unavoidable. The only solution to this is incorporate exercising in our daily life to avoid medication and lead a healthy and stress free life.Practicing yoga or intensive stretching may improve chronic pains generally in the neck, back and knees and reduce the need for pain medications. yoga’s benefits on back function and symptoms were largely physical, due to the stretching and strengthening of muscles.” Doing yoga cultivates a balance between theflexibility and strength of the muscles of the body, often the real culprit in back and neck pain. Most people are tight in key areas affecting the spine – in the hips and shoulders, for example. A system like yoga, which releases muscle tension, can improve back pain. As a whole-body system, yoga develops body awareness and places emphasis onalignment. This means that the proper location of each body part (feet, knees, hips, spine, shoulder, head) affects all the others. ABOUT BILLY LOO

Billy Loo Yoga MalaysiaBilly Loo has been teaching yoga for 10-years in Malaysia. He is a diverse teacher, able to bring the most advanced concepts of yoga and movement to anyone at any level. With a background in dancing, health and fitness, Billy found yoga to be a culmination of everything he loves. He is a certified yoga and pranayama teacher.
