Rajakumar Sathappan is a holistic health coach. He is a serious practitioner and true believer of Yogic lifestyle and his story is very inspiring as he is an IT engineer by qualification, Soldier by profession and a Yogi by passion. He retired as a Lieutenant Commander from the Indian Navy after serving 10 years in the Military. Raj’s grandfather is his personal inspiration to lead a healthy yogic life and he still uses his first cotton yoga mat gifted many years before by his grandfather.

Raj went to Taiwan 2 years back to study International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) from National Chengchi University. He fell in love with Taiwan at the first sight and decided to continue teaching yoga in this beautiful island after his graduation. Raj is a universal citizen, believes in the freedom of a bird, a vegetarian, a vivid sportsman, loves travelling, enjoys reading philosophy, listens to instrumental music, appreciates loneliness as much as socializing and practices humanity, equality and love. Yoga is a blessing and he enjoys sharing it with others!

Raj practices classical hatha yoga and he teaches his class according to ancient yogic texts. His teaching style revolves around the overall wellness of a person and not just limited to body. He has a unique way to blend dhyana, asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and spirituality as parts of each class. He helps the students to get into the postures gracefully, explains the benefits of each postures and helps them to relax into the postures. He successfully trains students for weight loss through holistic methods based on ayurvedic diet plan, water therapy and fasting techniques.His classes are taught partly in English and Chinese.
