  1. Non-Refundable Policy
    All fees paid are non-refundable. This includes deposits, registration fees, and full payments made for programs, courses, or events.
  2. Transferability
    Fees paid are transferable and remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original payment. Transfers are applicable for the same program or equivalent offerings, subject to availability.
  3. Insurance Responsibility
    Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance or result in early departure from a program or event.
  4. Organizer’s Rights
    ISPIRIT ASIA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program, event, or offering as necessary. In the event of cancellation by ISPIRIT ASIA, participants will be notified promptly, and refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided in accordance with our terms and conditions.
  5. Credit Card and PayPal Fees
    A 3% service charge will be applied for payments made via credit card or PayPal. This charge is non-refundable.
