I love dancing ever since I was a kid. Especially the Chinese Traditional dancing, because the technique and skill were taught by a Teacher from China. After graduation, I started to work. I feel myself so down, so stress and nothing could makes me feel better even though I do a lot of different kind of exercise. I gained, I was not confidence with that look. I hide whenever camera facing to me. I never even wanted to look back at any of my picture at all. Until I found yoga, is a similar sport like a stretching workout .
Then there is one day, I was following a blogger in instagram and the blogger do yoga. Her picture posting everyday were getting my attention and I found her every posture we really stunning and inspire. So I tried to go for the classs. I remember the first day of the class. The most basic downward facing dog posing were killing me, and I felt so tired, so hard , I even wanted to give up in the middle of the class. I AM SO WEAK! While in the middle of the class, I thought I was not coming back to the class anymore. I kept thinking and looking at the pose in instagram which really inspired me by a lot of people. I tell myself not to give up and wanted to get into a perfect DOWNARD FACING DOG. So , I continue attend the classes every twice a week. Never miss any classes. After few month, I noticed I am different. I don’t know what words to describe it but I just can feel myself is different. Slowly, I am getting into a better me, and joined into a Healthy life style.
I love teaching. After learning yoga, there is one thing suddenly came across into my mind during the yoga practice class. I wanted to inspire the others to change them , just like how I got inspired by the other.
After 3-4yesrs of practicing, I found the courses for being a Certified Yoga Instructor. I attended the 200Hours course. I meet a lot of nice people there. What I learned from there, Yoga is not just yoga. Yoga including the most 4 important thing in the life.

This Is really a powerful thing which really surprise me and make me can’t believe what I had learn. Is not just practice, is not just a workout, is not just “yoga”. It including the anatomy and philosophy which is another knowledge that a “yoga instructor’ must know ! Deep understanding and we do a lot of sharing during the philosophy class. I enjoyed every sharing from the others. Irene and R2, I am glad to meet such a nice and positive person. They never failed to repeating and never hide any single little thing to keep as a skill, instead of that, they do share EVERYTHING they know . Jeremy, the Anatomy teacher who are really kind and patience with every question we asked. I really do appreciate to meet them in my life.
I can’t wait to get back to my country, Brunei and start teaching , to spread the love and positive mind to everyone who needs me.
Timing , was really always not coming with whatever you planned. I started a classes after two month, February. After two weeks, I got feedback from my students that they feel themselves are strong a little even though they are just a beginner. They invited their friends to join and practice with me together. Glad that newbie were satisfy with the class and what makes me happy is, after the classes, they were
surrounded me and share to me what they feel during the classes. Full of laughter and positive from them which gave me a lot of motivation.
To see the smile on their faces, it feel like I never been this happy before. There were excited for the next classes and told me that they can’t wait for it.
Yoga is really a very special thing which insert the most powerful and positive thing in our lifestyle.
I am glad that I joined in a right time.
I am now a happy and positive person.
I know how to love myself more and never stop making myself feel good with those “temporary happiness” such as Ice cream, beer, candy.
This healthy lifestyle are really the amazing things I ever know.
