Jo’liv Kok is a yoga lover. She started her fitness journey from Yoga. Through the practices, she has gained a lot of benefits and started to change from her inner mind to outer body. Her addiction towards exercising through yoga, from there she also does practices through other activities like lift weighting, marathon, obstacle challenge, TRX, Muay Thai, rock climbing and cardio workout. She hopes she could try out different activities, from there she could apply into her yoga practices. She chooses yoga as her life journey because she has found the inner peace and freedom through it. She has decided to attend RYS 200 in year 2016. From here, she begins to share her loves in yoga with people, and wish that everyone could get the same benefit through this practice and be motivated as a practitioner. Every day is a learning day for her. She promised herself to learn more from everyone, anywhere and keep sharing to everyone. Yoga has awakened her passion, power, spirit and energy, from here she had understand herself more and transformed to become a better person. Her goal is to spread out her love, power, spirit and energy to as many practitioners as possible. She had seen a lot of miracle from the people who practice yoga. They gained the benefit for their health, which really make her happy. Yoga is not about comparing poses, but it is a journey to explore your own body and understand yourself more. Namaste.
