ABOUT SUNSHINE MELLAMO WORKOUT

Sunshine Workout is a give back event to the communities. Each week, our Inspiring and Passionate Coaches will reach countless of people at the public parks hosting FREE Yoga and Fitness sessions. Sunshine Workout is a way for us to connect our feet to the earth and our eyes to the sky through yoga and fitness workouts. We are reminded of our playful nature, and the opportunity to be less serious and believing in the power of coming together to celebrate with each other in the presence of Mother Nature with love.  All sessions are designed to be refreshing to increase physical and mental wellbeing. Come join us to spread the love of Yoga and Fitness while getting yourself sprinkle in some sunlight with the perfect amount of shade from the trees, fresh air and enjoy the soulful tunes. Special brought to you by www.ispirit.asia and sponsored by MELLAMO apparel.

OUR VISION AND MISSION

We collaborate with local Coaches in communities across the country who view the Sunshine Workout as a vehicle for people to find true peace and connection in their lives. We come together to share our authentic colour of love for yoga and fitness for healthy living to inspire everyone to live their most extraordinary life.

EVENT INFORMATION

  • Date: Every Sunday in November & December  2014 (2,9,16,23,30 November; 7,14 December 2014)
  • Time: 7am-9am.
  • Venue: Taman Persekutuan Bukit Kiara KL, Malaysia. (formerly known as Taman Rekreasi Lembah Kiara TTDI KL) it is located opposite the school SK Taman Tun Dr Ismail (2), Jalan Abang Haji Openg, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • SCHEDULE: 7:00am: Yoga | 8:00am: Fitness

HOW TO JOIN

You Give Just By Showing Up! Come equipped with a yoga mat, a towel for sweat, some water and a smile. Show your support in keeping the yoga and fitness sessions ongoing. It’s FREE!!! All are welcome to join!!!
