Although Jacqueline just started to practice yoga, she realized that it helped her to recover from her injuries , become stronger, more flexible, and fearless. It also teaches her to live her life by being calm and happy.

Then, with her flexibility and passionate she’s now a certified yoga teacher. Yoga has becomes a part of her life. She wants to share all her knowledge, love, and experiences to inspire all her friends.

Yoga help us to experience calmness and peace between poses. Yoga asanas does have a psychological effects towards anyone when practise with Ujjayi breathing and being aware of body movement.

“All roads that lead to success have to pass through hard work boulevard at some point” is Jacqueline’s motto as she believes everything comes with a price, we must work hard to succeed. This motto has keep motivating her to grow and transform in her life.

Yoga reminds her to live in the moment. The deep breaths, the positive words from the instructor, the slow and steady movements for each pose, all these things help her to stay in the present. She can forget about everything that happened before She came to yoga and forget everything that she needs to do after. It’s like getting a break from her brain.

Yoga eases her aches and pains. Another benefit of yoga is how she feel afterwards relaxed, calm and able to handle whatever is coming next. The pain and tension she come into the studio with one left behind when she leave. She also tend to sleep better after a yoga session.

She loves learning, she loves being present in my body. She loves being led, and she loves how the practice always yields a feeling of strength and connection to herself and to her family. Practicing yoga reveals what is happening inside us. And some times we have more turbulence inside us than we realize. The practice simply uncovers what we are already feeling.
