In her 20s, she was an ordinary housewife with a simple wish to sacrifice her career for her family and children. Somehow, she was under stress with the house chaos and lost track in fitness gradually. At the same time, she started to gain weight. Fortunately, she was reminded by a very close friend to go back to fitness with the purpose of not only getting back to an active life but to stay healthy. Her best friend registered her as a member of Celebrity Fitness when she was 31 years old. From a zero knowledge member and started off her fitness journey by involving in Personal Training and cardio classes. Her only intention was to lose weight. Eventually, those exercises did not make any difference on her weight after half a year.

On one ordinary day, she went to her yoga class as usual and another teacher replaced that class. Since then, she had changed her perceptions towards Yoga. From thinking it was boring to something challenging. The teacher managed to grab her interest towards yoga with his teaching skills. His lesson was very emphasized on the flow and it was full of excitement as the flow went on a faster pace. Since then, she fell for Yoga. She started to follow his classes and had physical changes on her appearance. Besides, she became more flexible and lean. At that moment, she was encouraged by many friends to become a Yoga instructor but to her to be an instructor will only be one of her dreams and hardly achieved. At the same time, her teacher did lend her a book about the history of Yoga and she started to acknowledge on the beauty of Yoga. Slowly, she loved the connection between Yoga and nature.
