Elvis Chong is the founder of MYRAZ Fitness & Studio located in Puchong Putra Perdana Malaysia. He is a Certified METAFIT Coach Malaysia, Karate Coach, Group Exercise Instructor and experience Personal Trainer. He specializes in training for strength, weight loss, and functional fitness. He led the 1st season of My Sihat Jom Kurus Zone in Shah Alam Malaysia. Elvis has been active in fitness training his entire life.
