Felice first started in yoga when she realized some of the asanas looked alike with the postures that she learnt from rhythmic gymnastics when she was small. With the intention of reminiscing and cherishing the good old days as a little gymnast, she started attending different yoga classes. Felice’s enthusiasm in yoga was even intense when she discovered the amazing yoga community on Instagram. With the inspirations, sharing, love, knowledge and motivations from the yogis of all over the world, she committed to practice consistently from year 2013 onward. This had later inspired her to turn her passion from a student into a teacher.

By completing her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course in year 2016 based upon the deep roots of Hatha Yoga, Felice is now a certified yoga teacher.The fruitful journey of the Yoga Teacher Training course does not only prepare her the foundation of becoming a yoga teacher, but also inspire her to stay humble and grounded on and off the mat. She will also continuously participate in various yoga workshops to deepen her knowledge and techniques, both physically and mentally.

‘Practice and all is coming’ is Felice’s motto as she believes that with the consistency and determination in practicing yoga, any asana that used to be impossible will realize one day when the body is ready. This motto has kept motivating her to grow and transform in her own pace. Hence, Felice wishes to spread this message and her love and experience in yoga with others and inspire them to grow and transform in their own unique path too.

AnZi discovered Yoga and started to attend regular classes when she was a college student in Malaysia. Despite living a busy corporate life after graduation, she always keeps her ties towards Yoga via self-practice and joining periodic classes whenever is available. She experienced the true benefits of Yoga over the years of learning, which really helps her to improve physical strength, balance and flexibility, as well as enhance concentration and harmonies in life. She had a deep life changing experience after enrolled herself to YOGAVATAR 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training course in 2016, the sensible fusion between traditional and new age yoga with profound yoga philosophy taught by experienced Yoga Masters inspired her to pursue her passion in spreading simple living and peaceful life through yoga practice by herself. She believes healthy lifestyle can be shaped through continuous adjustment of body alignment and maintain proper postures in asana practice in various types of classes. As the journey of exploring has just begun, she is always ready to learn and share the positive and the sweetness of heart opening experiences with others.

Jo’liv Kok is a yoga lover. She started her fitness journey from Yoga. Through the practices, she has gained a lot of benefits and started to change from her inner mind to outer body. Her addiction towards exercising through yoga, from there she also does practices through other activities like lift weighting, marathon, obstacle challenge, TRX, Muay Thai, rock climbing and cardio workout. She hopes she could try out different activities, from there she could apply into her yoga practices. She chooses yoga as her life journey because she has found the inner peace and freedom through it. She has decided to attend RYS 200 in year 2016. From here, she begins to share her loves in yoga with people, and wish that everyone could get the same benefit through this practice and be motivated as a practitioner. Every day is a learning day for her. She promised herself to learn more from everyone, anywhere and keep sharing to everyone. Yoga has awakened her passion, power, spirit and energy, from here she had understand herself more and transformed to become a better person. Her goal is to spread out her love, power, spirit and energy to as many practitioners as possible. She had seen a lot of miracle from the people who practice yoga. They gained the benefit for their health, which really make her happy. Yoga is not about comparing poses, but it is a journey to explore your own body and understand yourself more. Namaste.
