ABOUT

I started practicing vinyasa yoga since 2009 at a gym. I was a yoga buff and within 8 years of consistent practice, I began to notice that yoga helped improve my health, body, breathing and brought a peace of mind personally.Before I found yoga, i was extremely a busy in the advertising industry who needed to fulfill a sales quota and also spent a lot of time in front of the computer. My daily routine was very stressful, tiring and needless to say, my life was not enjoayble. It was not until one day when my heart and back muscles began to indicate pain that I went to see a doctor. The doctor advised that I would need to modify my stressful lifestyle, by incorporating an exercise that I liked and to rest more With the help and encouragement from my wife, I started yoga at a gym in 2009. After a year of practiced (5 hours a week), my body condition started to improve significantly; yoga has helped significantly to improve my health and physical body and I feel refreshed and energised all the time. Then i begun to introduce yoga to people around me.

My goal is to keep practicing yoga, never stop learning, to be happy always, and to share yoga to everyone for the purpose of benefitting them like how it has benefitted me.
Due to my interest in yoga, I undertook a certified Yoga Teacher Training RYT-200 from ispirit.asia, a new age Yoga School in Malaysia. The programmed was superb and prepared me well to conduct classes in proper sequences, physical body adjustment, technical knowledge of asanas, yoga philosophy and anatomy.

Yoga to me is all about self-awareness, loving yourself, and living a happy life. My believes and objectives will be sharing my techniques, proper alignments in yoga poses, correct breathing with movement during practicing (vinyasa) to help enhance my optimism in life.

I am specialized in teaching hatha yoga, vinyasa/flow yoga, power/advanced and restorative yoga. I hope to inspire more people to practice yoga as a way of life and welcome all levels of students to come and experience it.
