Yoga
Yoga is a series of postures designed to improve physical and emotional health. By practicing Yoga, the body and mind are linked to create a state of internal peace, bringing the individual from a state of separation to a self-unity that is flexible, accepting and whole. At the practical level are the physical techniques that concentrate on posture, balance and alignment. Yoga utilizes stretching postures, breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind and tone the body.

Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a high intensity, total body workout combining non-stop strength and aerobic exercises in a fun, teamwork setting. It provides motivation and guidance as well as the chance to be surrounded by the energy of other class members who are enthusiastic about improving their physical well-being. Allowing participants to be completely engaged in the workout the entire time through circuit training, Boot Camp is an exciting and challenging class and has continually proved to be a fast, efficient and highly effective way to get workouts done in a flash!

Body Sculpt
Toning and sculpting are the focus of this class. A variety of resistance equipment will be used to work all major muscle groups for a calorie burning, core strengthening total-body workout that is perfect for everyone.

Cardio Sculpt
This class includes fun, interval training consisiting of high-rep and low-weight strength training and cardio interval bursts. Get a whole body workout in a flash!

Zumba
A fushion of Latin and international music and dance, featuring salsa, meringue, cumbia and samba combined with aerobic/fitness interval training. This class offers a mixture of body scupting movements and easy to follow dance steps designed to tone the whole body.

Belly Dance
Belly Dance is a beautiful ancient art form and an excellent workout. The dance is a holistic and uniquely feminine approach to health and fitness. Participants revitalize, energize and tone their body, all while gaining confidence and improving self-esteem. Belly Dance movements focus on the hips, thighs and belly, putting participants in touch with their feminine nature with graceful movements and exotic mesmerizing music. Belly Dance is appropriate for all levels and body types.

Fit-Ball
Get fit and have fun on the ball. This workshop features exercises on the Swiss ball. Participants will get a full-body low-impact workout with cardio, stability and core exercises and strength training. The ball is an excellent source for fun, added strength, flexibility and coordination

Pilates
Pilates offers a unique blend of deep breathing combined with targeted muscle-based stretches from the ‘powerhouse,’ the abdominal and back muscles. The hectic pace of today’s lifestyle leaves many of us with a body full of stress, extra weight or muscle stiffness. These symptoms often point to imbalances where focused exercise and relaxed breathing can significantly improve our overall health, quality of life and personal appearance. This combination provides incredible results in mind and body health for all ages and physical ability levels

Tai Chi
Originally derived from martial arts, Tai Chi has slow, graceful movements that also reflect the natural movements of animals and birds, designed to focus the mind through a series of executions. The forms are practiced in slow continual movements, muscles and joints are in motion and breathing is regulated. This has a calming and de-stressing effect. When practiced properly, Chi or life force energy is increased and one often feels a ‘tingling’ of fingers and toes and warmth in the body. The movements give a means for motor control, balance, flexibility and can help improve posture and loosen tight muscles. Numerous studies have show that practicing Tai Chi on a regular basis helps a person to maintain a healthy well-balanced body, mind and spirit.

Weight-Loss Challenge
For individuals committed to losing 30 pounds or more. This is an interval training class consisting of low-weight strength training and low-impact cardio intervals for a total body workout.

Low Impact Aerobics
A great cardiovascular workout incorporating basic movement patterns, grapevines, shuffles and marches. It is low intensity with power options for a high intensity workout.

iSpirit can provide home based personal trainers dependent on your location. we can visit you in the comfort of your own home. We are aware that some people struggle for access to a gymnasium or quite possibly do not feel comfortable doing exercise in front of a vast amount of strangers.  A personal trainer will work with you and not against you. Will find the best ways for you to exercise and will offer you the support and advice you need to reach your targets. iSpirit Community Project

The teachings and practice of yoga and fitness, the original inspiration and foundation for the iSpirit Community organization , continue to be the primary vehicle for our work.

Yoga and fitness has empowered millions of people across the world by supporting physical, mental and emotional health, facilitating authentic personal expression, building supportive communities, and inspiring positive action to contribute to others. We are dedicated to delivering all that yoga and fitness have to offer to the diverse communities of Asia, while at the same time providing opportunities for members of the global yoga and fitness community to participate and contribute.

We connect those who want to make a difference by sharing their skills and strengths to those who can benefit from that teaching. The exchange is usually mutual and contributes equally to all. Individuals are empowered, relationships are forged, communities are healed both emotionally and physically, and new possibilities are seen and made real.

iSpirit Community Project’s core activities on a weekly basis include: yoga and fitness practice, meditation, self-exploration through inquiry, performing arts as a vehicle for empowerment, health education, relationship building, and community activism. Each week, iSpirit teachers reach hundreds of people in FREE classes held in public places. All programs are designed to increase physical, emotional and mental wellbeing on the individual level while also building healthy and empowered communities.
